July 23 to 30, 2008 ~ Country House Party at Crom Castle

You are invited to join five other couples for a relaxing and fun week on one of the most beautiful castle estates in Ireland.  Settle into the splendor of the near 2,000 acre Crom Estate on the shore of Lough Erne in County Fermanagh, ancestral home for 350 years of the Earls of Erne.  You will live in luxurious comfort in a private Irish castle with your days free to play golf, tennis, go boating, hill walking, explore, visit historic sites or just sit back and relax.  Your time is your own to do as you wish.

Breakfast and dinner will be prepared by our own chef, Cynthia, a master of Irish country cuisine.

For nature lovers, Crom houses the largest surviving area of oak woodland and the oldest yew tree in Ireland.  Wildlife on the estate include two rare butterflies, the elusive pine-marten, the largest heronry in Ireland and a small herd of fallow deer in addition to cattle and sheep.

The Crom Castle House Party includes:

• Seven nights' accommodation in a luxurious room with private bath in the West Wing of Crom Castle
• A full Irish breakfast each morning
• A multi-course dinner at the castle six evenings with one evening free to sample a local restaurant and entertainment
• Freedom to enjoy the grounds and facilities of Crom Castle
• Services of a host who will help you organize your time, itinerary and activities

Airfare and car rental are additional.

This trip is limited to six couples.  A deposit of $500 is required to hold your space.
